Located in the nationally noted, dynamic growth community of Provo, Utah, the company's
headquarters and maintenance base are fully staffed and operational. With FAR Part 135
operating authority, the company is engaged in providing contract and ad hoc air cargo
charter operations. Additionally, the Company operates an aircraft engine and maintenance
facility and holds an FAA Repair Station License that includes a unique PT-6 jet turbine
engine extension authorization that is proprietary to the Company.
Established and in continuous operation since 1975, Alpine Aviation, Inc. was acquired
by its then general manager, Eugene R. Mallette in 1986. Mr. Mallette engineered and
guided a turnaround strategy and forecasted continued growth. A mature management team
with, additional outside counsel directed by Mr. Mallette, have identified additional
stable market share that will provide the company with mid and long term opportunities to
grow revenues and increase profitability. |
