Once you have received your Enrollment packet you must complete and sign the Application for Admission, Letter of Agreement and Understanding forms. Be sure to state your preferred location and class start date. Then mail them to:

A $500 non-refundable reservation fee (considered a part of the overall course cost) to secure your slot for your preferred class date, is required with your application. If Alpine Air is unable to accommodate you on that date we will contact you and offer another class date or return your reservation fee. When we receive your application and reservation fee we will send you a receipt letter confirming your reservation. The confirmation letter will include information as to the class starting date, times and training locations.

Payment
Payment must be made by certified check, money order, cash or wire transfer (no credit cards). The remaining course cost will be due upon arrival for the Basic Indoctrination Training. Financial aid may be available for those who qualify. See the Financial Aid page for more information.

* Alpine Air does not and cannot offer employment to prospective students - only qualified and appropriately rated pilots.

Housing
Alpine Air does not provide housing for the First Officer Training Program. However, for the time that you are in Provo, Utah we have arranged use of our corporate bunk room. Alpine Air personnel will be happy to assist you in locating housing for the other training locations.
